Not in my view, nope. 14 days is a desperate attempt to bring a man back to the table who is acting as if he has something terrible to hide.

ok let the thread ends here.

why do floyd want pac to take OST? because he want a fair fight, meaning pac should be peds free.

then, manny offered a 24 day cut off because he believes that a blood taking closer to his fight will weaken him. floyd's team disagreed so floyd then made a counter offer of 14 days.

(now, 14 days is too long a time. meaning pac can still cheat. Wadler believes, ‘It (the testing for PEDS) would lose all its validity if the athlete could pick and choose when he is going to be tested… and how he’s going to be tested. They’re sophisticated enough now that if someone wanted to, you could play the calendar to your advantage.’” Echoing this sentiment was Victor Conte in his interview at doghouseboxing.com when he said “for these substances to be utilized at their maximum efficiency, they must be properly cycled and be out of your system by the time the competition begins.” He also insists that announced testing is practically worthless and testing needs to be random to be effective. This helps explain, both the need for random testing and why a blood test immediately after the fight by itself is insufficient. http://www.boxingscene.com/forums/sh...385688&page=10)

so why offer a 14 day cut off if floyd wanted pac to be peds free on night time?

bigotry from floyd's team, is it?

so why would pac agree with floyd's random testing when it would be invalid with his counter offer?

i dare u to answer me. if floyd doesnt care if manny is on anything or not, why dont he just drop the random testing and let the fight continue?

meaning.. floyd is not really asking for OST. but a BLOOD TEST (w/c the mayweather camp knows pac will be weakened by it) am i right?

Jesus christ, if Mayweather has said he isn't going to fight without OST? He obviously isn't going to fight without OST? Correct? Is that hard to comprehend?

If i say yes Floyd will fight with out OST, you'll come back & say but he won't because he said after the Mosley fight he won't fight with out the OST?

So there is only 1 answer to the question right?

P.S Where is the Pacquiao quote accepting the OST testing? Because far as i know putting a dead line on OST doesn't qualify has OST.

Floyd asked for OST. That protocol isn't decided by him. Since when did 24-30 days equate to "close to the fight?" Get real.
