First, this is not a court room. Public perception is what it is, like it or not. If public perception is that OJ killed his wife, and doesn't get found guilty in a court of law, am I supposed to believe he didn't kill his wife?

Saying Manny is innocent until proven guilty is good and all. But how do we prove him guilty with inferior testing that can miss many PEDs?
