you do realize that the well being of a nation is NOT best left entrusted in the hands of a guy with kindergarten level education, no functional ability to speak english, and who can't even speak for himself but has several masters that speak for him like Roach

I don't agree with Pacquiao in Congress, but since when was speaking English a priority in Philippine politics? He's more expressive in Tagalog and Bisaya.
