    I don't agree with Pacquiao in Congress, but since when was speaking English a priority in Philippine politics? He's more expressive in Tagalog and Bisaya.

          If he's successful as a Congressman of his province, and then he steps up in leadership roles(Mayor of a town, then Governor) who knows.

          This must be absolutely surreal for him. From a "peasant farmer" to maybe the president of a country one day. That's impressive.
