Difference between chin shot and a temple shot..

People say that some fighters had no chin this and that.

I have seen fighters being seriously hurt from a temple shot than a chin shot while some fighters are hit to the chin and go down with ease.

For me temple shots can hurt anybody. But why in the world some say that fighters that where hurt with temple punches have no chin.

I always thought the phrase 'having a bad chin' meant the inability to take punishment to the whole cranial area.

The term 'chin' is mostly used to describe punch resistance/ability to take a punch in general. Having a good "chin" means you can take a good punch.

Temple shots are far worse, if a chin shot has your brain shaking in your skulls just imagine what a temple shot would do.

but it is a fact that a punch to the jaw and a punch to the temple have different effects

the punch to the jaw causes a brain tremor/movement which causes KO

IDK about the punch to the temple though, I think it causes an equilibrium loss

There's more nerves in your jaw area though. I feel that it affects my legs more when I take a clean punch to the jaw.

the first punch that hurt him was a jab, that says it all

That is the thing, these locations have different effects on fighters. Some have been hit to the chin and nothing while when hit in the temple they are wobble all over the place.
