Yes he does when Floyd's camp was accusing him of steroids even before negotiations started. Essentially Floyd's camp came in trying to bully and manipulate him into doing something that was not required by any sanctioning body anywhere in the world so any man with a pair of balls and a set of principles is of course gonna say *** you to such unreasonable demands.
If Manny dropped his weight penalty demands.........

well said.Yes he does when Floyd's camp was accusing him of steroids even before negotiations started. Anyways if Floyd makes weight, he doesn't have to pay a penny. If Pac is clean, he still has to take the tests. You can't compare.Comment

So what you're basically saying is that Pacquiao is an insecure little man who's feelings got hurt because someone from Mayweather's camp believes that he may be using PEDs? Why doesn't he refuse drug testing altogether since it's a principle issue? Why agree to any drug testing since he's never tested positive for anything?Yes he does when Floyd's camp was accusing him of steroids even before negotiations started. Essentially Floyd's camp came in trying to bully and manipulate him into doing something that was not required by any sanctioning body anywhere in the world so any man with a pair of balls and a set of principles is of course gonna say *** you to such unreasonable demands.
The reality is that principle has nothing to do with this, that's just another 1 of the many flemsy excuses that Team Pacquiao and his supporters throw out to try and distract people. Every professional athlete is under su****ion of using PEDs, that's why they are drug tested in the first place. Pacquiao or any pro athlete acting as if they are "insulted" because some people may suspect them of using PEDs is just plain silly. As I've said, if athlete doesn't believe that they should have to prove that they're clean simply because they've never been found guilty, then they should refuse all drug testing.Comment

If team Pacquiao said we'll drop the weight penalty if you drop the OST i'd wonder even more about why he's trying so hard to avoid those tests, it would be a bad move for Pacquiao.Comment
