If Manny dropped his weight penalty demands.........

and any other stipulations that can deemed outside of the commission rules and said to let the commission dictate all the rules.

Will this satisfy you or will you still agree with Floyds insistences of OST blood testing?

I'd still prefer to see the blood testing done. It leaves no doubts. I'd like to see the commisions enforce it from now on, even if it's just two random blood samples. As long as they're random, it makes it very difficult for fighters to cheat.

Floyd agreed to the weight penalty so it was obviously not a problem for him to accept. Manny didn't agree with the blood testing, he went to the Los Angeles Judicial System instead. There is your answer.

Floyd better agree to the penalty because he cheated on the scale before, Manny didn't agree to the test because he's alway been clean.

Do you think increasing the fine for something that you already know you are to be penalised for if you do not abide by it is a comparable issue?

In a idle world it should be mandatory, but it was a never a major issue till Floyd insisted on it, now its brought the biggest fight for possibly 30 years or more to a stand still.

The commissions don't really make the rules, they will agree to any rules the promoters want.

Both demands are reasonable. If Mayweather is confident he can make 147 and plans to do so, then he has no reason not to agree to the penalty for being overweight. If Manny is not using PEDs, he has no reason not to agree to drug testing.

Manny has come in overweight 2x, so who is he to say anything about weight? Floyd came in overweight once he agreed pay pay, his opponent agreed to accept, so, it wasnt cheating at all.

Floyd should drop his demands either way.
