Did anyone LOL when Williams got rocked by Cintron?

agreed just giving TS some of his own medicine
Cotto wasn't much of a puncher at 135 so to see Canelo really wobbled for a lot of the first round by him was stunning and hopefully not a harbinger of things to come.
Golden Boy looked like they saw a ghost......or at least Manny Pacquiao lolComment

I didn't find it funny I found it awesome that Cintron proved me right, **** happened how it happened u feel me but Kermit showed what he was there to do that night, he was outboxing Paul and landed shots on him that no one expected, we all expected Kermit to land on Paul but he wobbled him a couple of times in a discomforting way if you're a Williams supporter. it just made me feel that regardless of outcome I know my ****, regardless ofhow **** ended it was clear based off the 1st 3 rounds and the opening of the 4th that Kermit didn't show up to lose and he did EXACTLY what I thought he would which is box the **** out of Paul. there is a reason why Paul wasn't throwing as many punches and it's because of Kermit's overhand and once Paul started throwing more and more Kermit landed more and more and wobbled him, trust me it will only have been worse for Paul that night, I can't speak for another night because they might meet again and Paul KO's him in the 1st round but on THAT night Kermit came to win.
hold aside your bias, hold aside what you know and have known about Kermit and just analyze the situation for what it is and you'll realize Kermit didn't really have a choice, we must remember that Paul himself said it in the interview that he heard Kermit saying he wanted to continue fighting but when you have all kinds of officials holding you down and telling you not to move it's not easy to have your wayComment

Great post man, I'm just playing around in this thread and don't mean it in any serious way but you speak the truthI didn't find it funny I found it awesome that Cintron proved me right, **** happened how it happened u feel me but Kermit showed what he was there to do that night, he was outboxing Paul and landed shots on him that no one expected, we all expected Kermit to land on Paul but he wobbled him a couple of times in a discomforting way if you're a Williams supporter. it just made me feel that regardless of outcome I know my ****, regardless ofhow **** ended it was clear based off the 1st 3 rounds and the opening of the 4th that Kermit didn't show up to lose and he did EXACTLY what I thought he would which is box the **** out of Paul. there is a reason why Paul wasn't throwing as many punches and it's because of Kermit's overhand and once Paul started throwing more and more Kermit landed more and more and wobbled him, trust me it will only have been worse for Paul that night, I can't speak for another night because they might meet again and Paul KO's him in the 1st round but on THAT night Kermit came to win.

or seeng one of the most hyped prospects in all of boxing, one that promoters couldn't wait to get their hands on, literally stumble across the ring for almost an entire round by a litting hitting ex 135lb fringe contender.Comment

Over hyped prospect?
.
You should totally fight world class opponents at the age of 19 with no amateur background experience right?
.
Let's also ignore the fact that he was hurt like never before in his career and still stayed on his feet and calmed down/controlled the situation and didn't quit like victor ortiz.
Like if he doesn't have another year or two years of being a prospect.
I am mad though how televisa is trying to sell him as the next Julio Cesar Chavez when he won't even get close to it. I'm not being a nut hugger, Kid is going to become a world champ, He'll make some money but he's not gonna be an ATG.
Only the ricans on here talk **** about him being over hyped, The kid has potential and you have to be ****ing blind to not see it.Comment
