Unbiased facts about Floyd and Pacquiao

Floyd Mayweather is a slightly bigger draw in the USA because he is american and thrives off of the 24/7 episodes.

Manny Pacquiao is a bigger world figure, outside the united states.

Floyd Mayweather fought a better version of Oscar, however, Oscars style (mainly his jab) gave Mayweather problems.

Manny Pacquiao fought a better version of Marquez, however, Marquez counter punching style and combination punching gave Pacquiao problems with his offensive style.

Pacquiaos style was great to dismantle an ageing DLH (see other mobile southpaws, Whitaker, giving Oscar problems even in his prime)

Mayweathers style, regardless of size, was going to give Marque problems. Mayweather being the lengthier and quicker of the 2, sat back and forced the shorter Marquez on the attack, something Marquez is not good at. (see Marquez vs Gainer, and how hard of a time he has being the aggressor)

Ricky Hattons face first style was perfect for a puncher like Pacquiao.

Ricky Hattons face first style was stylistically harder for Mayweather who likes to fight at a calculated pace.

On paper, Mayweathers counter punching style is going to find a home hitting Pacquiao, who is often wreckless at times.

Pacquiaos extreme offense and angles could throw Mayweather out of his comfort zone, as Pacquiao additionally is a superior offensive fighter than Hatton and is physically tougher/hits harder. (Hatton, Castillo)

tell me if you agree or disagree, except for the ppv BS, thats just my opinion.

    Looks all good to me.

I'm just wondering what happens when Floyd throws his right when Manny throws his left at the same time?

Who connects first and who connects harder?

I disagreed with the bolded statements. IMO the PBF vs. De la Hoya fight was not even close. I wouldn't say Manny is physically tougher than Castillo. What makes you say that? If you can give me a good reason I can be swayed on that but not the De la Hoya issue.

Floyd didn't dominate that. He took some big shots his face had swelling and his nose was bleeding from the jab. I say Pacquiao is tougher because he doesn't get hurt. Simple as that. Even in the Marquez fight at 130 that get's played up to much. he was hurt for 2 seconds at best. Cotto couldnt even dent him.

hmmm having a higher workrate and still has good energy after 12 rounds i guess. giving out some free shots to the body against cotto...depends really on what counts to you as tough or tougher
