Or coming up with a way to clean up the sport. Depends on how you look at it.

    What happens when Wlad accepts?

I see you missed the part that OST is already the standard in Germany.

I never suggested or implied that they shouldn't.

          The guy is a troll.

I don't believe it's standard in Germany BTW. What separates Sauerlands fighters from other german based boxers is that they as well as being subject to testing by the german anti-doping agency, their contracts includes fines as well as cancellation if caught positive. At least that's how I understand it.

Klitschko is subject to testing by the anti-doping agency as well as any other athlete are.

I thought it was the standard, read it somewhere a while back so I'm speaking from memory, maybe you're right. I don't have issue with the OST demands and I'm sure Wlad would take the tests no problem, but Teddy Atl-ass can **** right off if he thinks he can demand the fight to be in Russia.

How many tickets does Povetkin even sell in Russia against the fat bums he has been fighting lately? 10,000 Tickets? Thats a good amount for Povetkin for the opposition he has been fighting, but it 50,000 less then Wlad's 60,000.

I agree. Wlad should just take the tests and I'm sure he will. The outcry in Germany if he said no would be immense and could potentially ruin his career.

They will simply say nothing. Povetkin and his team are in no position to demand anything. If Wlad vs Haye negotiations will fall apart, they should simply win the pursebid and be able to dictate the terms.

I see Teddy Atlas is taking a page out of Floyd's book.

The difference is, Povetkin has nothing to bargain with. This is all about Titles and mandatories and Povetkin is the mandatory. If he doesn't wanna fight, then he doesn't get to become the champ, simple as that. It's not like the Pacquiao/Mayweather debacle where it's all about P4P bragging rights, biggest payday, PPV records etc,.

And maybe that's what Povetkin's people are counting on, that Wlad just won't face him and eventually he gets to fight for the vacant IBF title, because he doesn't have a prayer of beating Wlad, drug tests or no drug tests.

Povetkin lets down Russia with his ***** antics, Oh well Wlads a true champion. Something Povetkin will never be. Povetkin is protected to keep that 0 of his. I hope my Russian brothers stop going to Povetkins fights since he'll go back to fighting bums. Hopefully Povetkin starts selling less then 10,000 seats because he doesn't deserve it. I might be a mix-bredd Italian, Russian, and British. But I love my blood-lines, but I can't root for fighters who do this coward ****.
