I agree mate, it is odd. Maybe Manny is just about done inside the ring now. But having said that there is still all this talk floating around about a fight with Mayweather being negotiated and what-not. I dunno, its strange.

That's what got me starting this thread. He wins office on Monday, has a day off Tuesday and then it seems negotiations with Mayweather begin on Wednesday. Possibilities are (a) Manny has no idea what comes with being a congressman (b) he's a puppet congressman (c) both of the above but in a banana republic like the Philipines, it doesn't really matter or (d) He's finished with boxing.
