Different fighters use different techniques. Shane was concerned about not leaving it all in the gym. Hatton goes hard for 12 rounds on that goofy bag about 5-7 days before the fight.

Floyd goes hard up til the fight.
dont take it so literal, most trainers would advice against going too hard on fight week tho, it's pretty common knowledge

yea, 5-7, not the day of the weigh-in, floyds on roids

Keep in mind that it "includes" a post fight test.

That basically makes it totally non random because there will only be 2 pre fight blood test with a cutoff date. 1 test is going to come right around when the fight is signed or after the tour and then the other test will probably be right around the cutoff date. He will know when they are coming. You can try to fool him and do that final one like 2 weeks before the cutoff date but then that means you are giving him over a month before the fight to cheat. No one is looking at that part. Its not just the date but its the date combined with them wanting only 3 test. That aint ****. No way he gets caught like that
      bingo............

HMM hold up. I realize that was their original position.

But didn't they change their position later and it all came down to what the cut-off date was going to be? That's what I remember when that Mediator had both camps sitting down for negotiation.

        If i'm wrong, correct me.

You do know EPO is detectable through Urine, which Pac offered unlimited random tests of upto the fight.

Now the question is what drugs can Pac use effectively in the 24-days period which are only detected through blood tests?

            You're arguing with old news.

News Flash: Roach offered to meet them halfway with 17 days as the cut-off date.

Alright so the deal could be:

                1. Random Blood Testing all the way up to the last 17 days of the fight.

                2. Random Urine Testing all the way up to the fight, no cut-off date.

                3. Post-fight Blood and Urine Test.

Now how does one get away under all that regulation? Too much risk and too little window of opportunity to cheat and risk getting your legacy tarnished by getting caught.

I thought Floyd was so above and beyond Pacquiao that he could beat him with or without steroids? Funny how quickly his fans change their tune.

*****s think you can take PED's for a couple of weeks, get it out of your system, and still be superhuman in the ring.

I hope some of them actually try steroids to see if they become better boxers
