nobody is troubled but floyd.....the commision rules was good enogh in his 40 fights, why is not good enough now?..........

To argue that OST should've been requested by floyd in 1996 or 1999 is, IMO, ******. He is requesting the testing because Manny has done something no fighter in history has done: gotten stronger and faster while gaining weight. This goes against everything we know about the human body.
