floyd jumped to the conclusion of that pac might be on steroids which gave him the OSDT idea so he wants to make sure that the fight is fair and that no one is secretly doping..

becasue its not part of commision rules......everyone follow the same commision including floyd inhis 40 fights, why cant he now?.......then he says pac 's easy!......lol.

That's right. The commission knows all, sees all. They catch every user and cheater in the sport. Thank God we don't have to worry about anyone cheating in the sport of boxing because of their diligence and the honesty of everyone else. Whew. It almost seemed, for a second, that someone, somewhere could get away with something. Not with the Commission on the case!
