Are you talking about Mayweather or Pacquaio. Pac asked Cotto to come down to 143 pounds to fight for Cotto's 147 pound belt and then demanded a $1 million penalty if he came in over the agreed weight of 145. If he was confident of beating Cotto, why make him come down in weight? Pac wanted to pick the glove size and ring size in the Mayweather fight and demanded a penalty if he came in overweight. If he was so confident of winning, what difference would glove size make or what size ring they were in? Also, Mayweather has never come in overweight in a 147-pound fight, so why demand a penalty for coming in overweight?
