Thats the point you are not realizing! Considering that dozens of people would lose ton's of money I would say it's fair for pac's camp to protect itself. Plus weight is not a rule that is overseen by the commisions because fighters can fight at "any" weight they want to. Weight has and will always be something that has been agreed upon by the two fighters. If Manny and Cotto wanted to fight at an agreed up on weight limit of 175 pounds would the commission have stopped them? No!!!!! All the commission has done is set up the weight limits for each weight class but it has never had any say as to what weight a fighter has to fight at. So the weight limit has and will always be an agreement between the fighters and it's not exactly something the Commission has any real control over.
The commission has control over penalizing fighters for being over weight.

Excuses were flying all over the place by both camps so you can't just single out Pac either.

How did he try to manipulate Manny? I mean, Arum, Roach and Manny agreed to the terms of the initial contract. Where is the manipulation?

Yes and thats it, they don't control at what weight they fight is held at so this whole Manny is making up rules is false because it always has been the fighters who come up with the rules in regard to weight.

The point is (which you have missed) is that THE COMMISSION handles the weight penalties. Hello. So since the COMMISSION handles weight penalties, why does Manny go ABOVE the COMMISSION and impose his OWN penalties?

Manny overrides the COMMISSION with the weight penalties when it suits him, so why does he NOW want to go only do what the COMMISSION says regarding drug testing?
A fighter is SUPPOSE to make weight, and if he doesnt, the commision can opt to scrap the fight. That means, the opposing fighter just spent months training and on expenses for a fight that is now not happening because his opponent failed to make weight. All Pac was doing was ensuring that Floyd made the contractual weight, and if he didnt, it wouldnt be at a total loss for Pac in the even the fight was scrapped.

Wow, I never said Manny was making up rules about what weight a fight takes place at. I'm talking about the PENALTY for being overweight. That has always been in the commission's hands bro.

SO since the commission controls what the PENALTY will be for fighting being overweight, Manny is free to go ABOVE and BEYOND what they do?

                      Wow..on that note.

All Floyd was doing was ensuring that Manny was clean, and if he wasn't, it would be a total loss for Pac.
