Floyd and Pac are the two best fighters of the last 30 years. I agree with the TS that every time a fighter fight and win in the next 2 weeks there is a buzz around that fighter and everybody see him as invincible, thats what happen now with Floyd and thats what happened with Pac vs Cotto. I'll continue to take Floyd, based on style, if you watch the highlights of Cotto-Pac that you just post its obvious that Cotto cant fight backward, he stays there, completely lost and take pretty much all the combos Pac throw at him. That's why I favor Floyd over Pac, I know Floyd can adapt to every style but there's been a long time since Pac didnt fight a good counterpuncher that can fight well while going backward.

I think that footwork, position and balance will be the key in the fight between Pac and Floyd.

And dont call me a *****, I do give a chance at Pac to beat Floyd, especially in the first 4 rounds, when Floyd doesnt always seem to be perfectly well adapted to what his opponent bring.

While some may pin this as racist I think this is the most genuine thing you could say. There is nothing wrong with backing your guy especially when there's only one that stand out as special.

I admit I was thrown off at first but I think you should keep your profile pic. I will recognize you from now on. Your a good example of what a fan should be. I like how you didn't have to bash my guy to get your point across about your guy.

In all honest I was a huge fan of Pac until the testing response video's and articles came out. I lost even more respect for Manny when he abruptly shut down talks and fought Clottey.

I won't say Clottey wasn't an accomplishment but he wasn't May/ Shane and after all the hype leading up to a May/Pac show down Clottey anybody but those two would have been an upset.

But what I can tell you now is Mayweather Jr:

- is faster than Cotto, by a huge margin.
- has better footwork than Cotto and paces himself better.
- has better defence than Cotto. Cotto can't use his shoulders to roll of a punch. He tries to catch them with the gloves. You don't do that when punches are coming in from all angles.
- can fight going backwards. Cotto can't cope with being pressured.
- has better ring intelligence and can adjust if required.
- and last...IF this fight ever happens it won't be at a catchweight and Mayweather Jr. would probably dictate the terms at the table.


You simply can't compare Cotto with Mayweather Jr. Two different fighters and one is leagues ahead of the other when it comes to skills and boxing abilities.
