Numbers don't lie, statistically Floyd has bigger PPV, Bigger gate and more hype surrounding his fights the Pacquiao - FACT.

Manny is good for boxing, but not the bigger superstar IMO.

Floyd Mayweather is bigger in the UK I would have to say. A lot of people would have no idea who the pacman is. Cant speak for the rest of the world though.
