    Now do you understand?

And if you Want to talk about double standards then....

Why is it OK for Floyd to re-negotiate and determine how much weight penalty he pays for coming over weight vs marquez.

but oh no it's not ok for Pacquiao to negotiate the penalty for himself and Floyd for coming over weight.

    ???? huh double standards somewhere???
    Hold ur needles dude.
First the penalty WAS in addition to NSAC fines. Not only would Floyd have to pay NSAC, he'd have to pay Pac the 10 mill per.
Second, the fine was seperate, so why not the testing? Seeing as tho NSAC commish had rules in place for both anyway.

I'll give you the JMM thing, but in all the only thing that was set in stone was the fine. The weight was hush until the last minute.
Bottom line is, Floyd got as far as he could. He wasn't gonna do a Oscar/Cotto and completly drain. That man knows his body limits.
    JMM agreed to go in.

Youj fail, its the same commish issue period. One guy agreed, the other backed out and used that bullshyt excuse, when in reality its the same thing. The commish has rules for both, you're within the commish rules to ad additional fines and testing if both parties agree. So stop it

Pac actually accepted testing beyond what the commission requires, Floyd felt it wasn't good enough anyways.

Even though Pac says "Let the commission do their job" when it comes to testing, he still accepted testing beyond what the commission requires.

      Of course, noone mentions that.

And that's true, I'll give you that. But on the other side of the table, you have Floyd and the experts saying "Random, all the way till fight time is the only sure way".
Floyd didn't haggle the 10 mill to 8 or 5, he agreed in full.

And letting the commish do their job? That's kinda lame when you have experts telling you that those tests are pointless.
You give a person a date and time to test?

If you'd do some research on these drugs, it'd blow ur mind. Water based EPO can be flushed out in as little as 3 days, so ur telling me NSAC scheduled piss tests can catch that?
