    NSAC has weight penalties

    They also have drug testing.

So why is it only a commish issue when Floyd asks for additional testing, but not when pac asks for additional penalties for weight?
Don't the commish already have standards for both?

They will run and hide. Or come here with pure double-talk.

Drug testing: The Commission is great. Boxers need to allow the Commission to do its job

Weight Penalties: The Commission is incompetent. Boxers need to take action to protect themselves.

            From Ring Magazine:

DALLAS - Freddie Roach, the trainer of Manny Pacquiao, said he has worked with two fighters who tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs but takes precautions so it won’t creep into his gym in Hollywood, Calif.Roach said one of his former fighters, Justin Fortune, was known to have used PEDs and James Toney twice tested positive for steroids, once when he was working with Roach.”I won’t say I didn’t know,” said Roach, referring to Toney. “I never asked him, though. I never had a conversation. I could see his body structure had signs, his traps and stuff

The good thing about Roach is that he is such an egomaniac. So he won't stop talking. The more he talks, the more he will contradict or bury himself.

Roach is a gift to Mayweather fans.

So true my brother. That interview where he lied about offering 14 days, then in the same interview said why 14 days wasn't good still kills me

They are not additional penalties, higher fine, yes. Regardless the weight penalties will still remain and overseen within the commissional body on weigh-in night on the official NSAC Scales.

Blood testing require an additional governing body out side of the commission.

                    Now do you understand?

And if you Want to talk about double standards then....

Why is it OK for Floyd to re-negotiate and determine how much weight penalty he pays for coming over weight vs marquez.

but oh no it's not ok for Pacquiao to negotiate the penalty for himself and Floyd for coming over weight.

                    ???? huh double standards somewhere???
