How come Edwin Valero never tested positive for anything...

if he was supposedly a drug addict his whole life? I was watching his last fight and i couldn't help but wonder. It doesn't really make me feel great about the current testing to be honest.

probably because he didn't fight in the u.s. so the testing is not that stringent.

kind of makes you wonder about his power/endurance though. if he was high on coke or PCP in most of his fights it would explain why he brutally KTFO his opponents in the first round and never tired

Dood, PED issues are non-existent in those countries. Boxers do it on their own without these enhancements.

If this is about Pac, say so.

******* and booze get out of your bloodstream fast.

              He was a drug warrior.

He knew the right drugs to enjoy so they wouldn't interfere with his ass beating.

He was crazy but he picked drugs for recreation not to enhance performance.

He already had the killer inside of him. He didn't; need anything more.

he wasn't a "supposed" drug addict. He WAS a drug addict. They tested his blood when he hanged himself and his blood was 90% *******.

he just didn't abuse drugs while training for a fight.

I read this really good ESPN story about him. I think it's still up.

                    Outside the lines.

And I've watched him for 4 years or so but that story describes his upbringing and his problems really well.
