Its one thing when your in the physical health of your life being younger, and faster when he fought Hopkins the 1st time but to fight him off a long layoff is terrible. I don't think he'd be nearly as effective. He better get a few tunes up for momentum. He barely beat Hopkins the 1st time, and if he comes in older and slower, with not as much spaz, I think Hopkins could stop him even though he looks like he only has one more fight in him, 2 tops.

Hopkins lost against Roy II, and Wright. He had several points deducted for excessively clinching and headbutting. Oh wait, I forgot the refs in this sport don't know how to do their jobs.

the way i see it, EVERY close fight deserves a rematch, so why not ? hopkins won the first time they fought, he landed the more meaningful blows, calzaghe just threw more but was hittin air most of the time. in a rematch, bhop would beat him again, wider margin though

BHOP is a puto like Cintron. Lowering Calzaghes head down then getting tapped on the cup then claiming it was a brutal low-blow! He is a dirty cheater, and Steward, Lampley, and Kellerman kept cracking jokes about how that blow wasn't hard.
