I was really up for this one. Sucks it came to a bad end. I hope they meet again later. Cintron was doing ok and it was really just heating up when they crashed.

so if you ****** your kidney area with a monitor and where winded... and you told the doctor you were good just needed to catch your breath and the said no the fight is over.... you would have gotten up and went in there and kept fighting who??? the fight got stopped ****** he asked the doctor for five minutes to catch his breath just like when you get hit with a low blow... he didnt tell the doctor stop the fight!!!! stop the fight!!!! i cant go on... so how did he go out????

Rounds 1 and 3 were close, but Cintron clearly won round 2, and was even more clearly winning the 4th round. He just landed a handful of hard shots before the fight ended. How that judge gave Williams all four rounds is incomprehensible. Obviously the fight was cut short, and Williams could've been (and probably would have been) much more effective down the stretch. But he was surprisingly ineffective while it lasted. It looked to me like he didn't want to get into another war like he did against Martinez. That brutal fight could've changed him permanently. He just wasn't the same aggressive, punches-n-bunches fighter that we've seen before. Then again, the fight was just getting started. I want to see the rematch.

feel bad for Cintron because he's got a good shot of an upset. two of the judges are completely blind or was paid for scoring the rounds to williams. Rounds 1 -3 are clearly a Cintron round as evident by the computer stats. Vieweres are not that ****** to see who's winning so i hope next time that if they already have somebody a winner even before the fight, pls. don't show the stats to the viewers.

FOR THOSE WHO SAW THE FIGHT

What do yall think: I watched the fight and the replays afterwards looked like Cintron made no effort to grab the ropes, steady his feat, or try to fall within the ring. In fact it looked like he dove out of the ring. It was almost a leap as it looked like he flexed his calfs before "falling" out of the ring. He should have stumbled out of the ring, not flown out of it like he did, if he really just lost his balance.

Also, if he didn't feel hurt while he was telling the doctor he was fine, he should have at least moved... I mean he just laid there like a beached whale while the doctor talked in his ear. He did turn his head occasionally, so it wasn't like he couldn't move. But he didn't make any effort to actually move his body. I figure a fighter with real heart would try to get up if he really felt he was okay to go fight. Instead he just lay there and let the doctor TELL him he was hurt.

Just my two cents.

Also, I wish Paul was more articulate... haha

i really dont know why he had to go through the ropes like that. he could have easily grabbed a rope to stop himself. i thought cintron was doing fine in the fight up to that point. he was countering well and landing some decent shots. hopefully they put a rematch together.
