Paul aint doing nothing but a B Hop, wait for naturally smaller guys in hopes of getting a big payday, he's going to shrink down one to many times and get his azz whooped.

How is he doing what B-Hop did? Who is he waiting for to come up to his weight-Class? He is doing the opposite of what B-Hop did and is going DOWN to his opponent weight-class to make it a fair fight.

That wasnt his first time. Paul didnt have the much time to prepare either and we all know he struggles with slick lefties anyway. He still won.

Making weight and belonging at a weight is 2 different things, PW at welter is a maquerade.

Fight was close and could have gone either way, but it's hard to overlook 119-110 for Williams. Assuming that the first round was scored 10-9 for Martinez, that judge gave all of the last 11 rounds to Williams. I'm not blind.
