Roach knows it, but from the fight with mosley roach knows something more that we don't know and roach will make a game plan for it to be executed by pac. Roach has been so accurate with pac in his last 5 fight, he knows exactly pacs opponents capability and always has a best gameplan on it.

You aren't a boxing guy, though, you're purely a Pacquiao guy - so nothing you say really counts for much.

Of course Floyd isn't going to fight Pac exactly as he fought Mosley. Pac's a lefty and presents a whole other bunch of style issues than Mosley.

If you think he can't show any aggression against Pacman and still win, though, you're going to be proven wrong. And then I guess we won't see you anymore . . . which will be a great loss for the forum.

“Mayweather’s a very difficult fight for Manny,” he said. “It won’t be physically the hardest, but it will be the hardest fight of his life style-wise. Mayweather is talented and he’s good at defence. I have a very good game plan for him, but I’m sure a lot of other guys thought that along the way.

“We’ll have a ten-week training camp. We have to work on a lot of new moves, we have to improve in certain areas to win that fight.” And would he expect his man to win? “Oh yes. Without a doubt.”

well you could see from the oscar vs mayweather fight
roach knows how to beat mayweather

oscar was too old, couldnt pull the trigger but he
          did quite well against mayweather

the shoulder roll isn't that hard to counter. watch round 12 of mosley mayweather

What Roach saw as Floyd not moving was actually Floyd fighting more offensively minded. He can still move like he always has. If they fight, Pac's punch output will be closer, on average, to Marquez's 66 punches landed than Mosley' 92 punches landed. I say on average because I refer to the punches per round average in 12-round fight. Mayweather will knock him out in the 8th or 9th round, so Pac won't even come close to landing 66 punches in the 8 rounds that Mayweather will use him as his personal punching bag.

Here's what he said before the fight was canceled..

Floyd’s shoulder roll will be ineffective to a southpaw like Pacquiao. Manny's work rate will make Floyd fight (ala Clottey) in the defensive mode for the whole fight if he's lucky enough to last the mid rounds.
Co-sign bro, that's why i can't wait for this fight to happen.

Let's all remember that Freddie was the only expert who predicted Pacquiao to KO Hatton in under 3 rounds.

I don't even think they need a real game plan. Pacquiao simply has more physical abilities than Mayweather.

All you guys are thinking about the shoulder-roll too much.

Wait and see, watch and learn - Floyd's next boxing lesson's gonna be a good 'un.
