David Tyler – Shane Mosley pushed hard for a fight with the Ninja. Why did Manny decide to fight Cotto instead of Shane?

Freddie R – It wasn’t Manny’s decision. It was my decision and the group’s decision. The main reason? We will make more than twice as much money fighting Cotto than Mosley.

The *******s get pwned over and over by Mayweather.

Whenever Floyd does better than pac it’s because he’s an American

"I asked Shane if he could get down to 142, and he said no," Roach said. "I don't think Pacquiao-Mosley is likely."

the only thing about this is that these guys arent draws or havent been in a long time(in jones case)

i'm not arguing that Nonito Donaire vs Juanma Lopez should be the biggest fight in boxing. But when you take their top guy (pac) and our top guy (Cotto) and put it in that persons country, its gonna do huge numbers. just like Floyd has done.

If Floyd fought shane Mosley in England or Puerto Rico the number Probably wouldnt be as great. I think thats at least a reasonable assumption, no?

            LOL @ the sad excuses.

If The "non-American" can make so much more money fighting back home, why doesn't he?

you kinda answered it for me shane isn't a draw as well as bhop an rjj hasn't been for a while.

but he is a top guy in the sport just not a draw like cotto and pac is.

Asking mosley to come down to 142 is just a obvious duck move that’s only way they could have beaten him and he later agreed and was still turned down.

an you think it's fair to ask shane mosley to kill himself to get to 142?

he probably can barely make 147.
