the fight was not 100% made. the drug testing stipulation was in the fight from day one. it was manny's team who agreed then disagreed at the end. do u guys follow boxing at all???

If Pac was using he would have to been juicing on fight night, and whatever he was using would still be in his system after the fight.

The blood and urine tests were stipulated before they even got in negotiations because there is a youtube video of Freddy Roach saying that floyd wants the random blood and urine tests and he said he dont have a problem with it that they'll take it. Then Pac comes out with the 10 million for every lb overweight stipulation because he thought Mayweather wouldnt agree, and when he agreed then they had an excuse that Mayweather doesnt run boxing and they're not doing the tests LOL.
