you are confusing legal rights with boxing practices. they are not the same.

if they both dont want to fight under the agreed conditions, then it doesnt have to happen. people can accuse pac of using roids or floyd of demanding uneccesary testing if it doesnt happen, but it is completely different.

it's the same damn secenario...one acusses the other, the accused has to prove the acussations are'nt true, atleast that's what the peolple who wish he's dirty want him to do.......pac has a grat reputation passing the all standard tests that everyone' else follow....he does'nt need to babysit the mofo who insults him.....
