Common sense will tell even the most basic boxing fan that an ineffective fighter that's missing, getting countered and discouraged, will eventually tire. Regardless of age. These excuses mean nothing after the fact. Where were you with this before the fight? This is as pathetic as the Margarito "was mentally shot" excuses.
Great stamina in his last 2 fights? I didn't see that. He looked tired as *** against Mayorga and he held all night against Margarito taking rests after he landed blows.

when i saw the first bell ring and saw Mosley take a step forward i said uhoh something is wrong his stance was very wrong i believed that Richardson was going to him the perfect strategy but like they say you cant teach a old dog new tricks once the bell rang he was confused between his styles

It wasnt that Shane was gassed,

it was that he was getting torn up and his nerves were getting to him. Mentally, Floyd took complete control of Shane and that taxes your stamina when your in the ring.

It's weird but when your losing the way Shane was, where it's just a complete technical mismatch, you gas very quick. Physically you feel slow, and then mentally you break down.

You could see it in Shane's eyes, Floyd tamed him.

He was so tired that he knocked them both out late? Gotcha. And I would love to see some examples of Mosley "resting" against Margarito.

Lol did you not see how tired he looked in that final round with Mayorga? Do you really need examples of when he was holding every round against Margarito? I believe Steward even commented on that himself.

Im usually just lurking around this site and its just horrible how no fighter ever gets there due on here always a catch 22 or excuse after almost every fight. You guys and your conspiracies
Do you think a prime Mosley would have done the same as what happened against FLoyd? Mosley had several problems and most of them stem from the fact that he is a 39 year old boxer that hadn't fought in 1.5 years who was fighting an undefeated well rounded boxer.

Mosley was gassed way before the 12th round. Just listen to both Mosley and his trainer after the 7th round.

His trainer said words such as "you are fading"
Mosley was frantically asking for what I believe was a "cold wet towel".

Even if you look at the rounds that Mosley did good (1 & 2?) he did not look like the Shane we all know.

There is no point. He wants you to say to Shane was prime and in the best shape of his life and that he is actually only 28 years old and still in on steroids, but Floyd whipped him anyways.

But seriously, Floyd probably would have still beat Shane if he was 28 years old. Would have been way more competitive, maybe even Floyd actually getting knocked down, but Floyd taking over the mid-late rounds as opposed to taking over the fight in round 3 last week.
