i think pacquiao has looked bad in the eyes of many people for him refusing to take the test considering:

floyd asked him to do something that floyd would do too (testing)

mosley and floyd both took the test which made manny look bad again for refusing

pacquiao has been making pathetic demands like catch weights, draining fighters to a certain limit on fight night, demanding $10 million dollars per pound (and floyd agreed to it).

excuses like "he is bigger and im smaller", "my mother dont want me to fight no more", "i want a 24 day cut off date" have made things worse for him

and being "scared of needles" when he has tattoos...

add some more reasons why manny has looked bad in this whole process

At first, Floyd was losing. After all the requests from Manny's camp came out(especially the $10 million per pound fine) Floyd's argument seemed more reasonable. After Roach and Arum kept opening their mouths, it just made things worse for Manny.

Floyd and Shane just had a fight where both fighthers took random blood and urine tests and neither fighter complained one bit about it. Shane didn't use it as an excuse, thus leading it to make it seem like USADA type testing is needed more than ever in boxing. So as of today, Floyd comes out looking like the winner. Mnny's image is slowly being tarnished with the PED cloud hanging over him. He's really in a lose-lose situation. If this fight doesn't get made, and Floyd has another fight with blood testing, it'll only make Manny look like he's hiding something

Both have, in their own way. Mayweather for letting it let it get in the way of such a huge fight, and Pacquiao because of the way they responded to it all.

Of course Pacquiao. Every single semi fan on the street that I know of now says "Pacquiao is a *****, he's scared of Floyd that's why he won't take the drug test" etc...

even my UFC fan friends all say Pacquiao is a coward and is running from Floyd so this should be pretty clear that Pacquiao has truly tainted his legacy and is looking like a coward and a fraud to the entire world...
