Mayweather was too busy negociating a DeLaHoya rematch so both can duck Cotto with hilarious excuses.

Cotto is tough. I think floyd outboxes him. For the record, he didn't fight cotto because he wasn't a champion yet at 147 (he was still at 140) and Bob Arum told him he couldn't get floyd $10 mil for the fight.
Dude he didn't trick Cotto at all. Cotto was able to find Pac all night. But Pac was too fast for him. And also looked stronger, knocking Cotto across the ring. Cotto out boxed him once Cotto stopped planting his feet like an idiot and trying to trade.
Cotto lost every round he was running. Cotto Sr. wanted to stop the fight in the 9th when cotto was supposedly "outboxing" pac. I guess Cotto was "outboxing" pac so badly that the ref had to stop the fight.
At this point it would do nothing for PBF to beat Cotto now. People would say he's just picking up scraps. But a fight at 140lbs back in the day would've been great.
Cmon Ree***yalus is far from a Floyd fan. I on the hand am a PBF fan.
I've never come across him other then this instance, but saying he will get a shutout against Cotto or a easy win, why didn't he then fight him if that was the case.

I'd still want to see a Cotto/Floyd fight. different styles = different results. I still think floyd would win, but there's a different between saying it and floyd actually doing it.

I like cotto and think he deserves a fight against floyd. floyd wont cheat or make him fight at a catchweight. Cotto is a guy who DESERVES to make $10-$15 mil for a fight after what arum made him go through against cheato and pac.
