is the current state of boxing not on an even playing field?

It started when Mayweather Sr. watched Pacquiao destroyed Cotto and made a statement after the fight that Pacquiao is on something.

He was scared enough for his lil floyd to get expose by a midget like Pacquiao.

Pretty sure Senior has been accusing Pacquiao of Steroids abuse since Pacman whooped the **** out of Hatton. He just got more mouthy about it when Pacquiao beat Cotto.

There's no proof, he simply made himself suspect by saying he wouldn't test

hell yeah we know!!! Its FLOYD MAYWEATHER!!!
hes afraid of the PACMAN, hes ducking him. if hes not afraid then why cant he drop that OST and man up and fight PACQUIAO. admit it *****s know that floyd was only pressured to fight mosley his original plan was to take on matthew hatton or saul alvarez.
in their fight, he was rocked by mosley but shane hesitated, stopped abruptly from pummeling floyd he then went on with hand spasmodic mode like one with parkinson. team floyd ****td in their pants in that brief moment in round two, al haymon included, now people say the fight is possible but i say after that incident, the more afraid team floyd became. they would want not 11 times OST but everyday from announcement of the fight if it ever happen until the first bell of round one and every in between rounds. LOL! carry on son spred your gospel if it walks like a duck and talks like a duck its floyd mayweather even if he pretends to be a gorilla dog, whatever that means.

There is no proof whatsoever. What proof was there of Usain Bolt or Lance Armstrong, or any athlete being on steroids in any professional sport before they take tests? None. The difference, in the sport of boxing it has been proven that boxers can circumvent the current standard of testing.

Now I know like most how this pretty much got started. It's a game of egos and fighters making their demands. Mayweather certainly is not bigger than the sport, but neither is Manny Pacquiao and he has managed to get a welterweight title imposing his own weight limits- which is not part of any commission rules and it didn't do anything for anyone in the sport except Pacquiao himself.

If Bolt decided he shouldn't have to take the most stringent testing because he's been clean so far, eyebrows would be raised indeed. Pacquiao shot himself in the foot with his stance. Most that know a thing or two about this know that testing in the most dangerous of sports is sub-standard and Mayweather takes the high ground by being prepared to do it himself. Pacquiao had a chance to help set a new standard in boxing, but has made it look like he only likes extra rules when he's the one setting them and benefit him only. Pacquiao is innocent, but has made himself look guilty.

so u discredit pac's early wins? after his two loses from lesser fighters, couldnt we consider that his succesive wins after that are just nothing as he is slowly on the way to become one of greatest fighter?

It's really sad that people will buy into something like this based on Floyd Sr's slander, and run with it with no proof. Until he said this you never heard anyone accusing Pacquiao of PED's. This was all done to slander Pacquiao's name and discredit him at a time he was on top. This was a calculated strategy to make him look bad. I beleive the main reason Pacquiao and his camp did not agree tot he terms the first time is to show they would not be strong armed and concede to Floyds demands. You have two athletes with big egos and the pac camp did not want to give in, and i don't blame them.

This fight needs to be made and both sides will have to compromise on there demands to make this fight happens for the fans. I don't agree that Manny should be forced to take this test with no prior proof and that it is not required by the comission. Floyd is not bigger than the sport, and if he feels this strongly about this he needs to take it up with the comission, and i don't want to hear this "Floyd wants to clean up the sport ****" because he sure wasn't worried about it 40 fights prior. This being said if it tales some form of blood test to make this happen "withcompromise" so be it.

Finally before anyone starts saying ******* this ***** that, neither one of these guys are my favorite fighter. I am just a boxing fan that wants to see this fight happen, and it really sucks that all this drama has been started by a ridiculous accusation by Floyd Sr. with absolutely NO PROOF.
Now thats a good one. Green k sent.
