When I made that statement, ("Vitali will only fight whomever the WBC agrees with.") what makes you think I was only referring to Toney?

it doesn't matter if it's 60/40, 70/30, or 99/1, Vitali will NEVER fight anyone who poses a threat, and since Toney not only poses a threat but is an obvious candidate for a title shot, Vitali won't fight him unless there's a risk of being stripped of both the WBC and RING belts
