it's baffling to me how you can just write off Juan Manuel Marquez like that when he gave Pacquiao 2 wars and some feel he won both fights and then went on to stop Joel Casamayor and Juan Diaz for the 1st time in each of their careers. the weight didn't even bother him it was a matter of skills, he looked like always looked and tried like he always tries but couldn't find him, Floyd didn't engage him like Manny did and instead schooled using superior skills. keep in mind Floyd didn't come nowhere near knocking Marquez out and Marquez is a man coming from 135 yet he knocks Ricky Hatton out flat, the weight truly wasn't a factor..

Edit: as for the testing, that was ALWAYS part of the deal, they even at first accepted it and then back tracked and started demanding cut off periods, this was before any accusations Floyd BEEN had this as a requirement, his ONLY requirement at that and he agreed with no 2nd thought to Manny's demands, the one who held the fight back was Manny Pacquiao true story

Floyd started off at 130lbs so what? and to answer your question it doesn't actually matter what his intentions truly are because from the very beginning this was a CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT that he pursued, it was in the original contract what Mayweather wanted done and at first they accepted it and then 2 weeks later back tracked and said the need cut off dates because the tattooed man with pierced ears is superstitious u feel me, that's not Floyd halting anything. not to say what Manny feels isn't true or real but it IS holding back the fight.

is he out to clean the sport? maybe, I would like to think he is and I'm hoping this fight set the precedent for the commission to implore this method of testing for all fighters, if not though and he's just using it to play a head game (which I personally doubt) it doesn't matter because it's still a business and it's still his demand regardless of reason, the demand for stricter testing outside of the commission was there far before any accusations started
