He had his blood drawn the day before the weigh in, and he was already at the 130 mark. So he skipped dinner and had went to sleep. This was more due to him struggling to make 130 and because he didn't want to go over. At 147, Pacquiao enters the weigh in at 144/145. Regardless of having his blood drawn close to the fight, he can still eat and drink as much as he wants, it's a comfortable weight.
