Arum is right, they should keep the public out of the negotiations because they played to the publics emotions and took it was the public were backing them and pretty much made enemys of eachother thru us. Its none of our business what happens behind closed doors

Like i said in the past Team Pacquiao talked themselves into the March date when they never had any intention of fighting Mayweather on that date and they looked for a way out of the verbally agreed fight, They wanted a tune up for march then the Mayweather fight after the election, And every interview that i have seen from either Pacquioa,Roach or Arum has reinforce my belief.

There's no reason to assume that Arum's comments are "hot air" . Arum said months ago that he intended to visit Manny P. just before the elections purely to show support for him. Why should he be disbelieved. He's keeping his word, although it's long forgotten by everyone. He is far more truthful than other promoters, and very community oriented.

Most of the boxing "hot air", in my opinion, comes from posters on Boxingscene.
