You'd be saying he ducked 43-0 JWW lineal champion Ricky Hatton or you'd be saying he ducked JMW and lineal champion Oscar De La Hoya if he didn't fight them.

Haters gotta hate. You are transparent. Tone you hate down or at least make it less obvious or you'll be getting into many people ignore list.
he fought Hatton at WW..so yeah....

Cotto witnessed Floyd dominate Aturo Gatti at 140 and wanted no parts of that. Watch the fight. Roy Jones and Emmanuel Stewart said Cotto nor Hatton, who both were @ ringside were not ready to fight Floyd. Mayweather didn't duck them and tried to fight Cotto and Margarito before he left Top Rank. Brian Kenny and everyone was criticizing him for taking Zab Judah over Baldomir, so what he do? He fought the undisputed welterweight champion, Baldimir and dominated him too. This guy is in a lose lose because all you haters are going to do is find some bull **** point about how he ducked this fighter and ducked that fighter, but you all fail to admit that those fighters Margarito, Cotto, or Mosley or who ever you claim he ducked, would never stand a chance against Floyd. His skill set is on another planet and all them guys are just guys. Stop fcking hating and recognize he's just the best in the sport period.

Any time something increases you strength it in turn increases your power, speed, recovery time and endurance which says it all. Maybe you can see it but I can't see a Manny (like the 130 Manny) KOing Cotto. Again a 50% KO ratio at 130 and a 85/90% ratio @147? Believe what you'd like if it amuses you but it's not a coincidence that this is the first time in boxing history that this has happened.
i see your point, but i still stand by my opinion that punch placement, not power, helped pac get those KOs... cotto couldve easily lasted if he was allowed to continue. pac wasnt moving cotto with his punches the way cotto was thudding pac... just an observation. if they wouldve let cotto continue, it wouldve been a UD for the record... pac had around 9 fights @ LW, 4 fights @ WW.... so obviously the numbers would reflect that. 3/4 KOs @ WW, 5/9 KOs @ LW.... 75% & 55%.

i know pac fanboys might not like this.... but i dont really count oscar & cotto as real KOs.... oscar quit (he was never hurt) & cotto couldve lasted the final bell (although he was shutout, he couldve made it)... i was actually bummed that they stopped it (i have a lot of respect for cotto).

so hypothetically, it would be 2/4 KOs @ WW (bringing it down to 50%).... what happened to oscar & cotto dont necessarily showcase pac's alleged PED/steroid use.... MAYBE his ability to TAKE punches can be questioned... his punching power didnt even look that spectacular. cotto just got caught with punches he didnt see....

i agree pac needs to take the test. by him refusing, it does make him look suspect... but i would rather judge by performance not numbers.... numbers dont lie, but they can paint a different picture....

i just wonder why nobody mentioned PED/steroid use until floyd sr. mentioned it.... if it was so obvious, why wasnt it called out sooner????
ricky is not a good measuring stick for punching power, he is a tough guy but chin was suspect.... same as cotto, he's been rocked many times... he just had the talent & heart to come back and win.

but the only fighter pac fought that is KNOWN for his great chin is OSCAR.
and oscar was just overwhelmed than hurt.

                im just saying.... observations

                  To PUNK OUT!!!

Q, U seem Smart, testing AFTER the fight not GOOD ENOUGH???
                  Please EXPLAIN WHY???

What is testing after the fight gonna prove when PEDs almost immediately go undetectable? Testing has to be random leading up to fight time or it's useless. Manny turned down Marquez 3 on worldwide TV, bypassed the whole light-wt division, was given everything by Floyd and flat at ignored Shane but you called Floyd who just soundly thrashed Marquez and Shane the MASTER OF AVOIDANCE?

We're basically on the same page my dude cause I thought they shouldn't have stopped the Cotto fight also but that knock down was a huge punch. I think Margarito and Shane are harder punchers but Manny all of a sudden has a bigger punch than both and he didn't have that punch @130 that's my whole point. Another thing is why not shut everybody up and submit to testing? Forget Floyd on this why didn't Manny do it for the Clottey fight? He would have something to stand on if he did. I was reading where a PED specialist said the notion that Floyd is the reason this fight didnt happen is absurd because 14 days is still enough time to work a PED into your system and Team PBF knew this. The specialist said Floyd should insist on random testing up to fight time or it's a waste of time.

You sound ******, telling me a split decision for Cotto over the man Floyd just dominated is reason for Floyd's retirement. You also sound ****** for quoting anything the biggest liar in boxing, Bob Arum said regarding negotiations. How about we quote the numerous doctors who stated that the amount of blood drawn for USADA test could in no way effect an athlete. Every athlete who competes in the Olympics takes the same test, why is it so bad for Manny? You know what it is, there's no point in me debating with your bias ass. You're just a Pacquiao fan. Either way he doesn't have the skill to beat Floyd and Manny would get dominated just like every other fighter. But if you want to talk about ducking lets talk about how Manny ducked Shane Mosley, the same fighter Floyd destroyed last Saturday. I guess you know nothing about that huh?
