actually they should have tests right after the fight like pacquiao agreed
to otherwise if pacquiao beats him they will claim he is on roids anyway
so how about having the test after the fight ?

that way if pacquiao knocks him out they cant say it was because he was on roids.

they lose their prize money. its simple

this is what pacquiaao said before. he has no problems with the test
but he doesnt want it to effect his training. its hard to prepare
when the USDA comes in randomly 10 times before the fight
in the most important fight against one of the best p4p fighters
in history.
