I do. The rhetoric doesn't seem bad between the camps. Both know the alternatives ain't that great. Mayweather vs Mosley did roughly the same as Pac vs Cotto. Roach is making positive comments. Stories like this only help...

It's Marley I know, but it's more of a report than an opinion piece. I just feel like this time, it's really going to happen. They both need this. Berto, Bradley, and Marg just won't cut it.

The fact that Roach thinks he see's weakness in Floyd's game now can only improve chances also.

I hope so. When Pac destroyed cotto, floyd pissed his pants and started these steroid allegations and bizarre demands for olympic style drug testing.

On the other hand, when floyd beat Mosley, Pac said, I'll finish floyd off in the second round, I want to fight.

If Pac and Floyd fight each other next, I'm sure that it will happen November, early December-ish. I just feel as if they didn't strike when the iron was hot. When Pac beat Cotto, the clamor for the fight was red hot. The fight agrueably means more, since Pac has gotten a win over a top 5 welter in Clottey and Floyd has just beaten the lineal welterweight champ in Mosley. But if the fight were held later this year, I don't feel as if the fight would have as much hype as it would of had it been held in March or May right after Pac's Cotto victory.

i guess it did lose a little bit of steam but it's still the #1 fight that needs to be made. but if the blood testing is not the problem, money is gonna be the next issue that going to delay this fight. the clottey ppv didn't break 1mill and i think we can safely assume that the mosley fight went well past 1mill so i think it's gonna take another try after this one for either side to budge towards an agreement. i hate to be a pessimist but it's just how i see it. but if it does get made before the year ends, it will be the best xmas present ever for 2010.

I have said from Day 1. Manny Pac & his camp will come up with anything not to fight Floyd. I really hope they prove me wrong.
