i understand what you mean about moving to the next division, but if you walk around at, let's say, 150. If you train correctly, you should come down to 147 or 140. NOW if you want to come UP a division higher? You can. But it doesn't mean your at your natural weight. I hope you understand what I mean.
yeah I understand... but walking around 150 and coming down to welterweight to me isn't that much of a difference... 3 lbs. is nothing if ur always actively training.. I feel I can lose 3 lbs in less than 2 weeks with the proper workout, I'm sure anyone can
