ABSOLUTELY NOT!

Reasons:
Pacman lacks true boxing skills

Pacman is wild at times, Mayweather will be able to counter him EASY

Pacman has absolutely NO Defense

Pacman has never fought a slick fighter any where close to Mayweather style

Pacman has never fought a fighter with the footwork of a Mayweather

Pacman reach is a 67' compared to Mayweathers 72'

Pacman is not a good fighter when it comes to fighting going backwards

Pacman although he has Speed, he is not as clever as Mayweather

Oscar said it best, PACMAN MAKES TOO MANY MISTAKES! Mayweather would catch him everytime he makes a mistake or throw one of those wild punches when he leaves himself open which he does A LOT

what is Pacman's Advantage in this fight? His Power? Pacman is bring nothing to this fight that Mayweather haven't seen before BUT Mayweather is bring a lot to this fight that we haven't seen Pacman go up against YET!

I could keep going but I won't, bottom line is, I think that Pacman has been fighting Flat Footed slow fighters since moving up, he hasn't been tested by a true BOXER with SPEED yet since moving up, so against Cotto, Clottey, Hatton he is going to look EXTREMELY fast because those guys really don't move much, what happens when you fight a guy with great footwork? a guy that can move and fight well going backwards as well as fight moving laterally and can counter pretty much everything you do

Mayweather is not going to fight the same fight he did against Mosley because Pacman is not as big as Mosley, he is going to fight like he did against JMM he is going to stay outside and PICK THE SMALLER MAN APART, I think Pacman will have trouble getting inside and like JMM he will be running into a lot of punches while trying to land a big punch

I KNOW WHO GOT THE "GOODS" TO BEAT Mayweather...my boy Devon Alexander! Even Mayweather knows it that is why he said he would past his torch to Alexander after he is done, I think Timothy Bradley would also do better then most against Mayweather, I think Amir Khan (if he had a better chin) has the size 5'11 and speed and footwork to MAYBE do a decent job against Mayweather, I think if Mayweather hold on too long it will unltimately be one of these younger guys who are down in the 140 lbs division right now that comes up and beat him but again that is if Mayweather stays around too long

but with all due respect Pacman Fans... REALISTICALLY? I just don't see it!

Devon is has the physical tools but don't get it twisted Mayweather is still too smart for him. Devon needs to Develop his stlye but he has the best chance to me of emerging from the JW division as the undisputed champ.

I'm a fan of Devon too. I think he will be great if he can keep growing. He should look to squash Khan next. Then wrap up the div by fighting Bradley.

I always thought Mosley was a tougher fight than Pac would be but after last saturday I see Pac being more competitive, I just dont see him beating Mayweather really.

I think Mayweather can outbox him, rough him up and make him eat that straight right all night....I think Pac will cause some problems early on but id say UD to mayweather 8 rounds to 4. Pac really wont be that hard to hit for Floyd and weve seen the problems Marquez gave Pacman!

i know that you'll have fans of fighters and then there are extreme nuthuggers that blindly praise there favorite fighter and think they can walk on water. You'll have that with any big name fighter.

I'll admit that im a pac man fan through and through and i really do think that manny has a good chance to beat floyd. Even though floyd will have the better chance to beat manny than the other way around. Floyd is just a tought customer.

My question for floyd fans is this... Do you all honestly believe... with no bias that manny has no tools or no shot to beat mayweather?
