Is Pacquioa is really cheating and stops just to fight Mayweather than Mayweather won't be facing the same fighter. Why would anyone credit Mayweather for a win if Pacquioa is not the same fighter? Because if Pacquiao does accept the test, and was taking something than its obvious he'll stop taking it. Which means he'll be a shadow of himself.

Its obvious that Mayweather is scared to fight the same Pacquioa that has destroyed all of his previuos opponents. If Mayweather believed he could beat Pac with steroids or not he would've fought him already. I'm sure Mayweather is hoping Pac really is on steroids, and has to stop using them for his fight.

I don't think it would be wise for anyone to have their names thrown under a bus. In fact, that's just ******. So yes, it is. However, we know that publically: Tim Smith, Carlos Palomino, Kermit Cintron, Andre Berto, Teddy Atlas, and a slew of other writers have openly questioned and expressed doubts. Where were you when Pacquiao was at 130? Anyway,in this instance, I don't agree with the statement that a rule should be for all not just a few. While that's ideal - and hopefully we live to see that - that really isn't the problem here. If Pacquiao felt that way, he shouldn't be trying to even compromise, right? Just say, **** it, I'm not taking it. But he's sort of in a rock and a hard place. I mean, why wouldn't he just take it?
