Do some research before you start saying a fighter ducked someone next time.

Pacquiao's team knew about the OST when negotiations first started they said they had no problem with it (there's a video with Roach saying it). Mayweather agreed to everything Pacquiao asked for and then Pacquiao decided he didn't want to do the tests.

IMO, Pacquiao never had any intention on fighting Mayweather, he made demands that he thought Mayweather wouldn't accept and when Mayweather accepted them he had no choice put to refuse the testing.

The test was there from the beginning, and Roach said no problem, he was just asking a 3 day window before the fight, then they started backing from the fight asking 24 days and scheduled testing...do your homework please!

145 is not violating any rules.. that is a welterweight fight ans 141-147 as you listed above are welterweight limits..

But forcing a 147 champ to fight at 145 or inflicting harsh peniltys in terms of money, is taking the piss. IMO if you fight for a belt it should be at the belts limit not a catch weight, regardless of who the fighter is.

Asking for better testing isn't against the rules either.

What? That's totally different to Pacs situation lol. Floyd demanding additional tests isn't ***** because all Pac has to do is accept them and the fight is on. Where as Pac refusing to take the tests just further raises su****ions, two totally different situations.

                  and the champ obliged..

145 is within the welterweight limit..

                  141-147 is a welterweight limit..

don't compromise if you can't do it.. it's just a mind game..

pac not bowing to pbf's term is just a mind game... he don't want pbf to think he is the boxing draw and act like a primadonna..

how on earth does a champion came in the ring and introduce first against a challenger? yes, only PBF does it because he thinks people will bow down to his demands..

pac on the other hand did the right thing.. try to compromise and not settle for his opponents demands..

NSAC rules are 141-147 is a WW fight, but fighters can agree on a catchweight.

NSAC rules are that you must take their test, but fighters can agree on additional testing.

It's OK for Pac to request something not in the rules but not Mayweather? Pacs rule changing actually gives him an advantage, Mayweathers does not.
