    IF the PPV numbers are correct..

    And that is by no means a certainly, but if they are, then 1.2M is pretty disappointing, you can see why Richard Schaefer quit as a banker, did he not mention 3/4M?!

    Anyway, I’m veering off my point...

    Ok, so Manny v Cotto did 1.4M that’s 0.2M more than the proposed figure Floyd v Mosely did.

    That means two NON American boxers, fighting IN America, pulled in more PPV figures than the TOP TWO active American fighters today.

    That tells me one thing; Manny is the PPV draw of boxing, and im referring to the ‘post-Oscar’ Manny.

    In fact, both Floyd and Manny owe Oscar a lot on that score, Oscar MADE THEM BOTH PPV stars.

    But yes, in a nutshell, I fail to see how Floyd could justify the numbers, if they are correct.

      IF those numbers are correct, it should be 50/50 imo.

        The numbers are correct.

        Iole's too much of a chicken to stake his rep on bad intel.

        Decent numbers for a B level fight, but for the amount of hype and promotion involved, its a bust.

        Not only that, but most casual fans found the fight stale and will probably never buy a Floyd fight again.

                i agree. floyd just matched pacs PPV selling power.

                PPV = even
                Ticket selling advantage goes to pac.

                  Who cares who has the bigger PPV numbers and who cares who gets the bigger purse the truth is this fight is huge because "both" fighters make it huge.

                  Seriously how can either side argue for more than 50% of the pie when neither fighter would make no where near the ammount fighting anyone else.

                  Does it really matter to us the fans how much either fighter is making as long as the fight actually happens?

                    I said no such thing. Floyd is a massive draw, the second biggest in world boxing today.
