why won't you guys go and ask the NSC or the governing to commission to add OST on all fight. Not just Pacquiao vs Mayweather fight.

If the commission would ask for that requirement I'm sure Manny will comply.

So if the commission says to do it he will.......well then why did he come upo with a bunch of other lame excuses. If he is willing to do it if the NSAC mandates it.....why doesn't he just do it anyway.....

What if the NSAC mandates randomised blood testing up to the day of the fight???? Would he say yes???

So why the test request?

If it's contractual and doesn't have any basis, Manny can refuse...

Why all Floyd stans whining about refusal when you guys argue about it being a contractual thing and can be refused?

Manny Pacroid changes the weight, the weight penalties, the shoes, the gloves, the ring and the mouth piece but as soon as somebody else asks him to do something he won't because he only does what the comission says. Team Pacroid's exuses are getting better and better everyday.
