its the principle of it all though. if mayweather can accept such a penalty, pacquiao should accept OST's, plain and simple. he needs to grow up and let go of those superstitions, because in reality if he really had a belief in God, he'd know that God has our story written and whatever happens, happens. religious people in generally dont and shouldnt be "superstitious", believe in lucky or unlucky things.

Hehehe, weight, gloves, and size of the ring are contract points that the NSAC allows each party to negotiate. Because they don't involve a lot of effort. All it takes is just an agreement on both parties, and these points are already implemented.

The medical program is different and more a complicated process because of factors such as cost, logistics, duration, interval of the testing, and the sanction bodies that will implement the test. People keep looking at USADA but USADA is for amateur sports and we are dealing with professional athlete. I am not saying that no blood testing should be done. In fact if the NSAC approves that the blood testing be done a day before the fight, then so be it.. Because this were all deliberated by a commission that understands the sport so they can gauge on what is too much, or too less for the fighters.
Heck, even the random testing for baseball was implemented by its commission.

He'll later come out and claim this is false as well.

Implementation of USADA testing methods are also contract points deemed appropriate by the NSAC.

No its not. Where did you hear that. The fact that the NSAC is conducting their own set of testing makes it independent with the commission rules..

                  Part of the contract? OK.

But last time I heard Floyd in a post fight interview with Merchant he said he's not accusing Manny of anything...

                  So why the test request?

If it's contractual and doesn't have any basis, Manny can refuse...

Why all Floyd stans whining about refusal when you guys argue about it being a contractual thing and can be refused?

Floyd can refuse to the $10m weight penalty but he accepted. It's his banana. Manny refused to accept OST coz there's no basis and most of all no proof then all this?

                  Seriously now...why?

                  LOL at Floyd stans.

                    From Examiner.com

Of course Manny is doping and he knows he will be tired by the second round if blood tests are implemented. In any case Manny doesnt want to fight Mayweather neither does Arum.Arum will match Manny with Margarito while Cotto and Clottey have a rematch. After those fights Manny will rematch Cotto or Clottey depending on who wins and vice versa.

Manny is being short changed but he's too naive to see it.Mayweather is the biggest Money fight for him and why he takes less fights just shows how much of a thinker he is.
