Mosley is definitely stronger but pac was won KO of the year.

Mosley of course. And for those bringing up the Cotto fight, those were two different situations. Cotto boxed Mosley, and Mosley was also tired for most of the fight. Plus Pacquiao fought a better fight against him, and at the same time Cotto fought a worse fight than he did against Mosley. Instead of boxing he tried to walk through shots and bully Pac. That plan was horrible.

Just think of it this way

If Mosley landed all of the shots Pacquiao landed against Cotto: He would have stopped him for sure, possibly earlier.

BUT if Pacquiao landed all of the shots Mosley landed against Margarito: Nothing would have changed. It still would have been a decision, maybe a late TKO if he didn't hold back in the late rounds.
