So lets say the fight doesnt happen with OST drug test but eventually both fighters take a post fight drug test after the fight and Pac comes out clean, now ask yourself did we really need the OST testing even when both fighters come out clean?

Eventually IF Pac was on PED's against Mayweather in their matchup he will eventually pop positive. EVENTUALLY..
