You have a good point. I don't think the fight will happen due to Pac's past with slick boxers. Hopefully he won't win the election so he's somewhat forced to think about the fight. I just hate media hyped fighters. I liked Pac until he didn't fight anyone from 135-140(Diaz and Hatton were the only ones) and when he weight drained fighters or fought shot fighters. Clottey was the only legit one and the Cotto victory was still kinda impressive considering. But Floyd has fought tougher opponents and he's usually always the smaller guy. The fight night weights show that if you look at them. Maestro has a couple great vids. I'm just sick of seeing people magically becoming boxing fans since Pac beat De La Hoya. Then theres all these people that have joined since 09 and all they can say is that Pac is the greatest and ****. He's not P4P king. You have to fight the best to become that. Floyd retired P4P#1 then he came back and dominated someone who IMO beat Pac twice. Then he dominated Mosley which should make him P4P#1 again.

Geeesh! A lot of posters acting as if they know what they're talking about! I'm by no means an expert in boxing but atleast I won't pretend to know a lot like most of the posters here. How the hell do you know Pac is on Peds and it's not his hard work and God-given talent that made him what he is today? You just know right? Have you seen him train personally? Well??? So Shut The Hell Up?

Ok the truth is both May and Pac doesn't want that fight ...yet! You could say they both ducked each other but don't worry it will happen, they were supposedly assured 50M each, right? When it happens, and it will happen, it'll be more $$$ for each of them. Pac doesn't want to take a risk and lose before the elections here and May, imho, needs one more tune-up and wants to hype their fight even more. They will reach a compromise, atleast that's what they want you to think but the fact is the drug test isn't even really an issue, and the fight will happen.

I'm no boxing analyst wannabee, unlike some of you here, I just have a handfull of posts here but atleast I know what I'm talking about.

There will be no PEDs if the fight is signed... therefore no more knockout power at catchweight. Mayweather is not washed up. This is not a catchweight fight. Mayweather is bigger, stronger, smarter, has ring generalship, more skilled, just as fast but a lot more calculated and accurate. Pac doesn't hit as hard as Mosley with one hit. Mayweather will be use to getting hit that hard now and you saw how he went right back at Mosley after he got stunned. Mayweather has been in fights with hard hitting fast southpaws before(Judah being the better). And IMO Judah is more skilled than PAC he just lacks the discipline, vigorous training and heart. PAC hasn't fought a slick skilled boxer in his entire career! Guzman and Raheem are a couple he should have fought. But he cherry picked and didn't fight the best in the divisions above 130. There is a reason Pac didn't stay at 135 and 140. Pac has been knocked out not once but twice in his career. And he lost to Erik Morales. IMO he lost 2 more times to Marquez. Pac's face didn't look too pretty after Clottey. Imagine what it'll look like after Mayweather. Pac doesn't fair too well against counter punchers which you found out with Marquez. Floyd is way faster, hits harder, and a better counter puncher than Marquez. Mayweather has a good chin and the best recovery period I've ever seen. If Mosley couldn't drop him with 2 bombs and follow up I don't understand why all these *******s think Pac will be able to. Pac has yet to hurt a non weight drained Welterweight. Everyone said Mayweather couldn't knock out Hatton and look what happened. If the fight gets signed don't be surprised to see the catchweight king(Pac) get knocked out by the real P4P king(Mayweather). How about Freddie Roach saying that Mosley was too big and strong for Pac. Then he pics Mayweather to beat Mosley. That should tell you *******s something.

Nobody thought it was possible for him to knock out Hatton either. I called it and it happened. I hope they fight so I can either tell someone I told you so or be told that myself.
