cotto also doesn't stand as upright as floyd.

floyd fights tall. look at how he looked taller than mosley last night even though mosley is taller.

    it's his stance.

when floyd throws a jab at pacquiao , it'll be going downwards towards pacquiao.

when pacquiao throws that counter hook at the same time instead of connecting , their arms will just get tangled up or he hits floyd's upper arm or shoulder.

pacquiao is better off trying to get low and throw an overhand left (not a straight left)
he did it to clottey a few times as well and clottey stands upright and is taller than floyd......

Mayweather has 5" reach on Cotto. He also has a faster, more accurate jab, and he doesn't come in jabbing with his head down. He also doesn't leave the jab hanging out there after he throws it to get countered. He also is able to move quickly after throwing the jab, or hook off the jab. Cotto went almost 30% with his jab against Pac and threw it at a good rate. Floyd's jab will work, and work better than Cotto's. If Pac tries to lean in on Floyd with his head down like that, to counter the jab, he's going to be getting his face smashed in.

not gas out but not knowing what he should do. about 3-4 rounds but not wide rounds just outworking.

Some fans have already forgotten how much he struggled with Marquez and how confused he looked in those fights at times. They say he's a new fighter, but that revelation came after he smoked Diaz, who wasn't particularly good to begin with. Hatton, Cotto and De La Hoya were all there to be hit. Clottey just stands there so Pac could unload, even if they didn't all get through. Styles make fights. The closest comparison to Floyd that Pac has faced is Marquez, but Floyd is considerably better.

a few times ain't gonna cut it against floyd. he'll eat way more jabs that way than he'll ever connect trying to counter over floyd's jab.

if he wants to counter floyd's jab with a right hook , better to try to go under and throw the right hook to the body than to floyd's head.

get low , go under and throw a right hook to floyd's body. that'll let the jab hit him in the top of the head instead of the face. he better watch out for floyd's right though or an uppercut.

What has changed about Pac other than the style of opponents he's fought?

i totally agree with u. in fact i had a reply in another thread saying floyd would not bully pac. thats the biggest mistakes jmm/ hatton/ and cotto made, floyd is too smart to think about doing that.
