Mayweather will be physically stronger than Pacquiao when they fight. He will be bigger, and for his size, he will be very fast. Floyd can also fight toe to toe with Pacquiao with Pacquiao not really doing much. Floyd can counter, Floyd can be a aggressive, Floyd can box, Floyd also proved to me that he can recover from hard shots and knows how to hold when in trouble. Pacquiao only knows one things and that's being aggressive. This fight is a mismatch...Pacquiao doesn't even throw a decent jab.

Floyd is physically bigger in terms of heft, height, reach.. Pac didn't have to say it to know that. The fact that Pac can easily move down to 140 and possible 135, and Floyd's problem in making 144, proves that..

In terms of speed. Where in that statement that Pac said that Floyd was faster. All he is sayin that Floyd is fast, and thats it. There was no indication that Floyd is faster Pac based on that statement. Unless you have problems with your reading comprehension then I guess you can make a different conclusion.

Pacquiao should agree to the random drug test.

The damage has been done. There isn't anyway out for Pac to silence his accusers if he refuses to undergo it. Floyd is doing the same. Floyd wants to have that psychological leverage over Pacquiao so i definitely won't be surprised if he goes adamant on his demand that random blood test should be implemented up to the day of the fight.

If only Floyd is willing to accept a compromise for Pacquiao to have a ,lets say 5 to 14 day window.. I wouldn't see any problem for team Pacquiao not to agree with it

First of all, just because he is running doesnt mean he is going to win.. He is not going to win that election.
